Preparation Time : 5 minutes
Cooking Time : 15-20 minutes
Ingredients :
- Bread : 4 slices
- Butter : 1 tbsp (optional)
- Chicken : left over 4 medium pieces
- Onion : 1 small chopped
- Green chilies : 1 (optional)
- Capsicum : 2 tbsp chopped
- Red capsicum : 2 tbsp chopped (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Tomato ketcup : 1 tbsp
- Cheese slices : 4
- Cheese : 1 cup grated
- Vegetable oil: 1 tbsp
Procedure :
1) If you have left over chicken pieces then chopped them into very small pieces.You
can also use fresh chicken.
2) In a kadai / pan add 1 tbsp oil ,heat it.Then add all vegetables and chopped meat
and mix them well.
3) Sprinkle salt ,mix well.
4) Add tomato ketchup and mix them well.Cook them until all vegetable becomes soft.
Turn off the heat .
5) Now put sliced bread on a baking tray . Spread each of the bread with butter.
6) Put one slice of cheese on each bread. You can also avoid this step.
7) Now top the cooked vegetables and meat on the bread slices.
8) Now over the vegetables and meat put grated cheese as per your taste.
9) Preheat the oven and put the tray in the oven and bake it at 250 degree farenhit for
8-10 minutes.
Serve with chili flakes or hot ketchup. Enjoy .
